As you all know, I have been a proud dA member for a few years now. I've also played Furcadia just as long, and you could even say the online game helped me hone some of my skills. I've always had the drive to turn what I love to do the most - daydream, make up stories, paint, and draw - into a full-time career.

I've been steadily progressing toward this dream. Come the end of the spring semester, I look forward to attending one of the most prestigious colleges in my state: The Academy of Art University of San Francisco. If you know me, you've known my life has been full of challenges, and at one point, I never thought this would have been a possibility. I'm so happy, and looking forward to this I could just burst!! But at the same time, I know I owe so much to the people who have ever helped me, or given me a word of encouragement. I owe thanks to my commissioners, who have had faith in me and enjoy what I do just as much as myself. I thank my family, and my friends, and my boyfriend. And though I will be miles away, they will never be far from my heart.

But, there is still a while yet to go before I pack up and go.

So, in other news, I am also looking forward to hitting the road! Yes, I know. 19 years old, and doesn't know how to drive? Preposterous! Especially since most kids my age have already stolen their parent's vehicle before they were out of high school. But yes, I'm investing in a scooter. (Woohoo!) It's economically friendly, and so SOOOO cute. Alas, it does not come with a radio, or heater. I'm not being nitpicky, because it'll save me HUGE bucks at the gas pump. (One commission could fill up my tank 4 times!!)

I'll stop rambling, because I'm not sure anyone even reads these.... o_O

...And get back to my commission information. Which, by the way, is still open. I'm looking at collaborating with a friend of mine [] and making premades since commishes have been so slow. (Is it just me?)
